Suitable for the capture and filtration of dry dusts and fumes
The FMC range of reverse jet cartridge filters was developed for continuous operation in industrial process filtration and dust collection applications – incorporating the patented Nederman UniClean cartridge technology for maximum cleaning efficiency and extended life.These dust collectors are ideal for removal of fine dusts and fumes that can be irritating and harmful. It has a compact design and side removal of filter media for easy maintenance. The FMC can accommodate two sizes of filter elements (standard and long) to fit into spaces where height and or footprint constraints exist.

Air Volume Range: 3.100 to 21.000 m3/hr (1,825 to 12,300 CFM)

Why Dust Collection? Air contamination such as dusts, particles and fibers are harmful to human lungs and can cause allergic reactions by penetrating the skin.

Many industrial processes generate contamination to the air in form of dust and particles. Airborne dust and fine particles can be hazardous to the human health, and should be extracted before it reaches the breathing zone. 

Typical sources are dust from cutting, grinding, sanding, handling of powders in food, and pharmaceutical industries. Textile, wood and composite working may also release dust and fibers that are harmful to human lungs and can cause allergic reactions by penetrating the skin. Nederman offers several types of dust collectors, extraction arms, cleaning applications and extraction and filtration solutions.

The MJC range of reverse jet tubular bag dust collectors was developed for continuous operation in industrial process filtration and dust collection applications; incorporating patented Nederman UniClean cartridge technology for maximum cleaning efficiency and extended life.
Air Volume Range: 1.700 to 68.000 m3/hr (1,000 to 40,000 CFM)

Standard filter range from 48 to 739m2 (517 to 7,955 ft2); larger units possible
Typical airflow volumes up to 60.000m3/h (35,340 CFM), or more, subject top application
